What do you mean by tactical? (It means different things to different people)
Also Look at the Model 11 Scout; same mechanically, but 18inch, with a forward mounted rail for scout scope (not pic rail though), brake fitted (can remove), and open sight are a bonus..rear aperture, and adjustable cheek piece on the stock...

Yes, the M95 is heavy but if you bend the knees when lifting it's not so bad and you don't want to be carrying it along with 2 full mags very far
