Once again just goes to emphasize that those making the decisions really are clueless when it comes to firearms - or bow down to the lefty emotional cries more than basic logic.
Far better to give someone with injuries access to CAT C and automatic firearms that hold more rounds than to give an option for a CAT-A license with something that's limited to 2 rounds...
