Every howa seems to like the OSA ammo, it's almost as if is was made for them. My Howa .223 loves em too

Haven't got the mini version but the short action version and it loved the 32gn Rem Accutip I think it's called and the Fed premium ammo too . both shot pretty much the same.

Can't remember which ammo was which now but shot at 50m sighting it in, then used the rest of the ammo for shooting gongs etc out to 280m for a bit of fun - also used some of the same ammo on fur out to 255m on some bunnies - if it wasn't so expensive I wouldn't bother reloading.

First shots with the rifle using Rem and Fed factory ammo - only (4 shot groups) (ammo was around $40 a box so not cheap at $2 a shot but they certainly shoot well in this Howso)

I now run Reloads in it as they are cheaper - 28.1gn of 2206H behind a 39gn SBK projectile and Rem BR Primers (this load is over recommended max so don't us it) work up your own loads to ensure they are safe.

Group shot with the handloads @ 140m off a sandbag (good enough for my needs)

Yeah it's horrible having reliable rifles that just shoot and cost SFA to buy, I really should be spending $1000's instead of $100's :D

I'm going to sell the wifes Ruger Hawkeye 223 and buy one of these HMA's I reckon.
