Newbie introduction

Post by Curr4n » 07 Aug 2016, 10:08 pm

G'day everyone thought I would introduce my self new to shooting and the forums.
Planning on shooting at ssaa ripley once I gather the rest of my gear. I'm from the gold coast so a bit of a hike but so worth it I'm hopping.

Bought my first rifle not long ago howa 1500 in .223 and finally decided on putting a vortex crossfire ii. 4-12x44.

Hope to chat and see those that shoot at ripley when I finally get there.

Cheers guys

Gday Curr4n
You bought your first rifle question for you how big a safe did you buy lol

We all know buying them is addictive so if you plan on 2 get a safe that holds 20 you may need it . amo for a .223 $149 /200 at gun store in Margate but you probably all ready know that .
Save up and get a .22 much cheaper to learn on currently 22LR STANDARD VELOCITY
SPECIAL
$47.95 /PER 500 i think all shooters should learn on a .22 till they can shoot (JUST MY OPINION )

My shopping list is well.... to long to list haha.
From what I have heard I must protect my used brass at the range cause the reloading fellas are like seagulls to a stray chip.
