Not enough to change occupations or become a farmer, Genes... But yeah, 22LR semi auto would be fantastic to have.

You can get one on a collectors licence an shoot it maybe twice a year. Better than nothing for the meantime.

The day semi auto rimfires are available on cat A or they open Cat C to sporting shooters, my money is down for a 10/22 and one of the special kits they make for them.

Shooting my gun twice a year under supervision, ROFL, f*ck that. Depressing. I want to be able to take it out whenever I want wherever I want. Although, there are few pistols I'd like to get purely as a collector. But shootable stuff, nah, I rather have freedom and less boom, then lots of boom and blueballs.

any information relating to collecting clubs and what you can and cant do would be good though?

On the speed line... personally I reckon it's damn ugly. But that's just my taste. It's sako money, or more, but not as pretty as my sakos.

From practical point of view I'd love one as a pig gun with a red dot but it's got too much shiny walnut for me to really want to drag it through the scrub. Be great if they made a synthetic though, and possibly in something a bit smaller than 30-06.

Agreed... very ugly firearm that's too flashy to knock around with .... looks like a poofy frog hunters firearm.

Id be interested in that action in a 12 gauge if it looked like the Remington 1100 and a .22 lr if it looked like a 10/22 synthetic / stainless.

I agree the rifle looks...meh, something about the sights. But the shottie on the other hand looks the goods.

Whats SGC?

Re precident. Yep, absolutely. Common freaking sense... Hopefully there will be more leaver release rifles now. I'd like one. Definitely in 12ga. And in 223, 22LR and 308. Unfortunately I am not invested in 30-06 to want one. And I have different expections of what I'd like from 300wm. But, anything 308 and smaller, I'd love it. Also seems to be on the heavier side. I don't like that for hunting.

Well, considering what a decent shotgun costs, $2500 is not that much for a shotgun. The 3k upwards for centrefire I don't think I would like.

Does this qualify as a "decent" shotgun though?

To me it's just over-priced gimmickry, I can find better things to throw my money at :-)
