Just ordered a 10 shot mag for my BLR. Lucky13 are onto them.

On the strength of that, I looked up the C%$#@!&r website and they do them in 308 too. But a word of caution if I may. Just be sure of functional reliability. I have heard (nothing about this brand) that not all these ideas work 100%, so look up some "road tests" maybe like. Is it Ozzie Reviews?

Otherwise, it sounds like a great idea :)

If they work like they are supposed to, there will be a huge market for those in the states. Smart business.

I just operate with a spare mag. Not quite as practical in terms of speed I guess, however I find that mostly I do not use it, making the rifle easier to handle with a small mag. Spare mag is on the belt if I need it. Mostly, 5 rounds will suffice, but when you need extras then another 4 is handy. No option for me to get the larger mag anyway. Nobody makes mags for my BLR, not even Browning.

... and I'm sorry, but they don't exactly look ergonomic:

Looks awesome.
Adds a bit of aggression which is missing in all lever action designs...for me. I'll get one for my 308.

That would be a pain to carry.
