Love the 222 Remington. Replacing my old Anny with a new Howa Mini in 222 soon. Can't wait.

Have you heard anything about the 222 Mini actions not shooting great with 50-55gr projectiles? Couple people have posted on the Howa Australian Facebook page saying rifle twist is 1in 16 not 1in 14. Dunno?
I have two mini actions in 204 and 223 and I am a fan. But it would be disappointing if the 222 version didn't shot well.

My first centrefire rifle was a Ruger S/S lightweight with a 22 inch barrel.I still love it and have just put it away.It is accurate as and is perfect for spotlighting foxes and rabbits. Its true you can see what you have shot with the low recoil.I have downloaded my ammo and I use 50gn PSP Winchester or Remington on 22.2 gr of ADI 2208 for about 2800 fps.I have shot over 5K and it is still perfect

They are a great little cal to shoot alright, it and the 204 and 22/250 are my favourite small bores to shoot so far.
