Would this magazine fit a Tikka t3 CTR 308?

Or is the CTR a special case that requires its own mags?

The CTR uses a double stack 10 shot magazine so a standard single stack mag won't fit

Damn - is there any flush-magazine option I can use?

Not as far as I know. A good fabricator could probably modify a 10 shot down to 5 shots and have it flush but that's a big gamble with a $200plus magazine

Edit: it would be cheaper to but a used lite stock and bottom metal and use a factory 3 shot mag

The CTR uses sako TRG magazines.

As said if you want flush buy a bottom metal for a normal model and use normal mags

K thanks fellas - the reason I want a flush magazine is because when balancing the rifle on my thumb and forefingers, I'm used to my forefingers being flush in front of the trigger guard. With the 10 round box, the muzzle has to point upwards a little more, meaning I have to raise the comb a little higher (and somewhat out of my shoulder pocket) to accommodate. Therefore I'm just a little nervous about the recoil without the rifle as securely pocketed as it could be. Anyways it's all hypotheticals at this stage, I'll have to wait and see how much it hurts before considering changing the stock.

Thanks for the advice people - much appreciated. :drinks:
