just came back from St Mary's, confirmed 46.2 is good (good enough for hunting :D )

big scope for ammo test removed
hunting scope 1.5-5x20 zeroed after few round

only few ammo left, did some 3 shot groups
the first one is not too bad for hunting I reckon :lol: others similar but not as good as the first one

this BLR with Leupold VXIII 1.5-5x20 is my daytime rifle
the SAKO A7 with S&B zenith 3-12x50 is my nighttime rifle

looks like speer 130 varmint with 46.7-47gr 2208 will be good point and same POI with other projectiles, round nose 150gr will leave for WIN94 30-30

Holding zero? My cousin got a 308 Laminate takedown BLR and it's trouble, he reckons he's ditching it under warranty for a speedline. 1.5thou of slop between the receiver and fore end he says.

Not sure exactly where you mean but 0.04mm between stock and action I wouldn't call slop.
