Looks good, doesn't it!

Not much good to me, though. No muzzle brakes.

Wish they would put out a 7mm barrel!

That's what I'd do too. Although i'd probably look at 6.5-284 Shehane.
Still. By the time I buy that, get it reamed and put back together I could probably be shooting a barnard/truflite build in a GRS stock for an extra few hundred bucks.
Oh well.... fantasies, fantasies...

I was looking at getting a Ruger precision in 6.5 but will be holding out for the Lithgow now. Looks good and if it shoots as well as it's little brother should be quite a gun.

I thought about it and I still am thinking about it but they are not going to be cheap and there are faults in the other ones they make, from mag problems to stock problems with using a sling. I question if they are worth the money you are paying for a rifle.

The sling studs the LA102 would and could be ripped out if you used them with a sling or bipod which would then damage the stock. Its quite common on the lithgow facebok page. Theres a couple of blokes on there that are up to their 3rd and 4th change overs. All covered by lithgow but still not good enough for the price paid.

On the sling stud issue been speaking to Lithgow about that, they've made production changes to the stocks and are shipping anyone with that issue a replacement, getting mine this week

Is the LA105 using the KRG whiskey or X-ray chassis?

Not too fond of the vertical pistol grip, but I'd still give someone's kidney to have one.

Yes, a .260 sounds better than ManBun.
The bolt on my brother's .223 looks big enough to backstop a .300wm. I don't know why they haven't gone all in.
Like the Tikka they are modular so a .300 could be done on the action.
