I've got a 1915 Lithgow bayonet + scabby, that was not even 200 dollars. That's also a gallipoli issue.

I do, and any Lithgow hook is $2000 to $2500 now, with one selling recently for US$1800 (AU$2292). having a letter of provenance for Gallipoli could add $500 easily, so 2 1/2 to 3K is not out of reason. $3700 is a bit over the top but in another couple of years I don't see why it would not pull that money. I have paid a hell of a lot more money than that for some of my bayonets, Cheers.

There aren't that many genuine hooky's around but if you have a 1914 Lithgow it would be worth every cent

Well in that case, I stand corrected. I'd still rather buy a few good milsurps for that money though.
