For those of you who do not know me, I am an 18th century living historian & experimental archaeologist. All my trekking/camping gear & muzzleloading gear is early to mid 18th century, either original or copies. So these moulds are carried with me in the bush so that I can mould more ammunition when needed, just as woodsmen did in the New World during the 18th century.

Top mould is a swanshot mould (buckshot). Lower mould is my round ball mould for my fusil. The lead ladle in the center is a copy of an original that I found during my research.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less travelled by,
and that has made all the difference.
