Chasing a copy and obviously happy to pay. Doesnt need to be the latest edition. An older one is fine because just after 222 223 243 and maybe 6.5CM

Chase the latest edition for the CM cartridges, from memory.

I needed the latest to get the CM and whatnot.
It was much the same as ADI rather then some of those higher loads that he developed himself previously.

Unless the family does another run, it will be highly sought after, and prices will go like Trailboss powder did when it was scarce.
I hope they do to stop the greedy shooters from making hundreds of $ profit for nothing.

Mind you, most of the powders that kept being carried over in later editions are unavailable anyway, and the only reliable ones for us peasants is ADI.
At least in country areas around here, we can never get an allocation of the imported dribs and drabs coming in, even ADI is quite limited in the volumes allocated outside the major centres unfortunately.
So nothing much is lost just looking at the latest ADI info online for the new fad cartridges.
And from what I've seen, Uncle Nicks book and the official ADI listings are identical.
In the common cartridges I load for, I actually found both to be very conservative. And the loads in my old print ADI manual are still identical to todays, outside of all the new game-changers of course.

i agree, i only bother with ADI powder . i tried alliant RL22 in 6.5x55 years ago . great speed and accuracy but very temp sensitive . ADI is very temp stable , especially 2208 . i used 'lil gun years ago for 22 hornet and 357mag lever guns. great accuracy and speed, but winchester australia stopped importing powder , including 'lil gun , and win296 which i never got the opportunity to try , but is a great powder over a few different cals according to those in the know. i can't see any point in load development with unreliable powder supplies , so it's ADI all the way for me .
it'd be real nice to have the powder choice they have in the USA

Most of my best results have been with the Reloader range, and also with the Winchester ball powders.
296 is an incredibly flexible powder, clean, accurate and suits so many straight walled cases.
748, 760, WXR etc has been so accurate and given top velocities.
In a few magnum cartridges I have, I cannot get the same results with any ADI powders. Yes, without ADI powders we'd be stuffed though. We are the arse-end of the world and miss out on all that stuff. Why, I do not know.
Thank goodness they still sell to us here, despite the US import demand for relabelling them as some Hodgdon series.

American manufacturing industries can be huge.
They used a chopper to show my mate over a huge caravan and camper trailer plant when he was importing them, and just about rebuilding them to meet the Aussie standards for rego.

We are such a tiny market,as well as having a woke govt and draconian gun laws that they wouldn't even care about our market.
It's just our importers making good profits that will fill a container every month or so that gets us anything, double the price of course.
