Months without AR2208 (VIC)

Been about 3 months now asking at my locals for AR2208.

No tubs in any size going

Everyone else having the same problem at their local stores?

Last month I went to my LGS which is quite a popular one near Melbourne looking for 2208 however came out with 2206h instead. Guy at the store said that the powder had'nt been available for some time..I have seen some LGS in QLD advertising them on their online store. I imagine postage will be off the roof. However, if you are desperate It may be worthwhile Checking it online

I usually get mine from Clayton or Abelas in Thornbury.

None in Abelas as of last week.

Asked in Clayton a month ago but they only had a 4kg tub.

Might be gone now but that's the last in the area I found.

we have a young bloke up this way with a courier business he seen the benefit so he did all the hoop jumping and has the DG ticket

and does a powder run when all the shops get organised, smart bloke as a result we have not seen the powder problems the rest of the

state has .

I always order and buy ahead way before I run out, both projectiles and powder. I just call my lgs and they hold it for me.

I think the USA is soaking up most of what we can produce at the moment . They did extension at the ADI factory some time back but it seems that they still need some more capacity . I think many countries ie NATO are gearing up for a possible worse problem with Russia and the Middle East situation. Get what you can while you can .

I know in NSW its a work cover problem and the DG licence for transport companies.....Any powder here in NSW is a real problem at the moment, and has been for some time.

Try getting Winchester 748 or 760,,,,,good luck....

Its slowly becoming harder for me to find in SE QLD. If anyone knows anywhere that has it that would be great. Down to my last 500g

I'm in the same boat.

Have 150 primed brass and projectiles sitting there ready to go and only have 1/4 tub of powder left so no point starting.
