Could try a bottle brush in a drill or a piece of wire with a small bend on the end. maybe with soap, maybe not.
This would be my last resort before buying new brass it would also be very time consuming to do each one, how expensive would new brass be?

Bend paper clip in a cordless drill sliding up and down the inside the case. Loads of fun. Wish it was me

I only bought this media cause it was one of those pop up bloody things at the end of an order - would you like to buy 5kgs of this crap to add to your order for half price ? Thought I’d try it - but my intent was to try dry like it says on the bottle....DRY MEDIA...

The best little tumbler cleaners for me thus far, is small stainless bearings and hundreds of stainless small pop rivet bodies cut in half...add that with some solution and Bob’s your Aunty - add that same solution to corn media and FMD...I’ve got them done now but, I weighed out 200+ grams of additional media that was stuck inside cases after - tumble dry, after oven dry, after compressed air, etc - this evening, I have inspected every case and used a plastic dental scribe to drag every piece out...farken elk.
