Just worked out where I stuffed up I was looking at the 223 and 22 250 thread so obviously this old bloke got a bit confused .

ADI lists max for a 55gn Speer softpoint as 36gn @ 3315fps with 2206H.
Using a 36gn Barnes Varmint Grenade you'll net 3755fps with 27.3gn of 2206H.
