Adrian
2214 has been discontinued for many years. As I recall it was supposed to be about 5% slower than 2213 / 2213sc. Thus 2217 will be somewhere in between.
I have no personal experience with 2214 but I expect that you will be quite safe using any ADI 2213 /2213sc maximum load data as a starting point.
Alternatively you could start at 1 grain below maximum for 2217 and work your way up cautiously, provided in all cases you have some understanding of what pressure signs to look for, otherwise stop at the maximum 2217 load.
Depending on bullet weight you might need to use a long drop tube along with powder compression to get maximum velocities.
Also I would recommend you use magnum primers with all loads of 2214 in your 243win.

I was using 45.7 grains of 2214 behind a SMK 107 grain bullet. Shot in the low 0.2s. changed powder once I ran out of 2214.

Good Powder Ar2214, sorry to see it go. Initial use in 22/284, 57 grains produced 3400f.p.s. when driving a JLK 80gn boattail. When no longer available switched to AR 2217/AR 2225 for slight increase in velocity, all loads under one inch.

In the standard 243 Winchester 49 grains driving 100gn Speer Spitzer produced 2990f.p.s. again at less than one inch
