Using Federal small rifle match primers do I need to change primers
AR2208 is a slow powder for rifles, no use in any common pistol caliber. Might be worth trying in a large capacity case like a 44 Magnum with a heavy projectile and long barrel but I doubt it would be usable even then.
AR2205 is good in 357 Magnum and 38 Special and just usable with 8.5gn compressed into a 9mm with a 147gn projectile but is slow so has a lot of drop by 50m. For 38 Supercomp, again you'd need a heavy projectile but you should be able to get enough powder in to make it usable. It's a slow powder so small pistol magnum (or small rifle) primers would be best.
AP50N is a fast pistol powder, reportedly equivalent to APS450 and somewhere between Unique and Green Dot on the Alliant scale, it should make some nice 38 Super loads and load data should be available.
