Hi All,

I have a large amount of lead shot that I need to move. I’ve tried googling a fair price but can’t seem to find pricing on the lead shot.

Details are below:

Winchester extra chilled lead shot #4 and #6 - 10kg containers
Eley extra chilled lead shot #8 - 10kg containers


Anyone know what would be a fair price to ask for:

New is around $10-$12 per KG, depending on location.
But shipping can add up, so somebody local might not mind paying a bit more rather than pay for postage. I got 10kg of shot last week from Brisbane to country Victoria. Price was I think $110 plus $27 postage, but included bullets, brass, and air rifle pellets as well.

What sizes do you have as I could be interested. I mainly buy BB, #3, #6 and #9 shot, but it's also good for casting bullets.

I just noticed you listed #4, #6, and #8.
The first two are useful. #9 is good for small shells, like .357 and .44 Magnum.
For #8 I prefer to just buy #7-1/2 1oz field loads when they're on special, you get 7kg of shot as well as already charged hulls, for $100 or less.
