180gn would be a problem, for the rounds to fit in the magazine the projectile would have to be seated very deeply, leaving very little space for powder. Heavier projectiles are much better suited to slower powders but those powders are bulky need a lot of space in the case.
You'd only have space for some fast powder but the slow moving projectile could create dangerous chamber pressure peaks and you'd still only get a low muzzle velocity and a lot of drop with distance.
It might be possible to work up a usable load if you had a wide selection of powders but I have a feeling it won't be worth the effort.
