ADI AP50N different colour

Post by Jackaroo » 22 Jun 2022, 10:00 am

I just finished a jug of ADI AP50N and it was a dark grey colour, opened up a new jug and its more of a sandy colour.
Smells fine and my load crono'd the same, are different batches sometimes different colours?

A direct contact with ADI / Thales would probably elicit the best answer - http://www.adiworldclass.com.au/contact-us/

heres a conspiracy theory. some powder manufacturers have started putting out lots that will go dead at some point. Then they will organise a big recall. When enough people dont listen and keep getting bullets stuck in barrels etc, they will ban the whole sport for safety. Two birds with one stone. Do I believe this, no. But it is a pretty good tale and I'd be upset if it did happen I couldnt say I told everyone so way back :D

I just noticed your post count 665. Your Nextpost is 666. The number of the devil. Make it a ripper.

BLR, buggar mate only just saw that, should have backed it up with a better conspiracy theory including aliens. I think number 666 ended up being a fairly mundane post about 44mag at subsonic speed. :(

Sorry OP for the hijack

They no longer call being taken by aliens an abduction. It's now called saved by aliens

G'day Pendous

Mate really appreciate the photo. Those colours represent exactly what my two batches look like.

I wrote an email to ADI and they answered that it quite normal for two batches to differ in colour.

Thanks again mate!
