Is it close to adi 2250 ,as I was thinking of loading 300 black out

No idea.
But it does come up in Hodgdon's MSDS for these powders for the European market:

And the list of powders it applies to includes WC450:

But which of those Hodgdon products is the WC450 I have no idea. I would guess it's a Winchester powder.

Does whomever is supplying it to you offer any load data or at least tell you what cartridges it is suited to?

I've never heard of this "St Martins"? Do you mean St. Marks? General Dynamics makes a WC450 powder at their St. Marks plant, also never heard of ADI 2250, do you mean 2205? GD/St Marks is nothing like ADI 2205 by the way, closer to AP100.

Sorry been a long week yes st marks wc 450, adi ar 2205 .just wondering what wc 450 magnum powder was close to in adi powders. I cant find much on this wc 450 powder

Bit of data used forv44mag 38 super 357 magnum 45acp with load data on the tub .but I was just asking if any one had used it in 300 black out .have 3.3 pounds of if I want it cheers
