All cases filled to brim with 7.62 pills and large rifle primers stuffed in. All good

Taliban is a political/ideological movement, and at times Government.... this is one of the probably hundred of 'factories' in I'm sure the khyber pass region, been producing arms and ammo like this for donkies....there was another video of a kid sitting on the kerb loading rounds and seating with a hammer...

I think I saw them placing the loaded rounds in Remington boxes ...no wonder those rem rounds are so consistent

There wasn't any measuring of the powder, they just pored it over the cases and leveled them off at the mouth of the case!

Looks like 7.62 x 51 to 7.62 x 39 , I guess alot of them are running around with SKK / SKS ' s

I hope they did some load development to find something that burns slow enough to allow for a ccompressed charge.
