The Lee Reloading kit is good value for money. Just set one up for a mate on a piece of 200 x 40 timber about 500 long. Press at one end, powder thrower at the other. A decent 4 inch G-clamp holds it solid on any bench/ table.

I'm a big fan of lee loaders.
If you get the right size powder dipper and practice using the dipper with some scales you can dip some reasonably accurate powder chargers.
Or just pack the scales.

A press mounted on a solid bit of timber with some G clamps to hold it in place should be portable enough setup that can be used pretty much anywhere, Or a press mounted on one of those Triton Work Mate benches would be ok too I'd imagine.

Pretty much what I said. But looks like he has gone another direction.

I started with a Lee Hand Press before I committed to a bench and regular press. It worked fine.
