.219 Zipper brass

Post by snag » 20 Sep 2016, 3:43 pm

The Zipper journey continues....... Got the rifle, got the dies, got some good loading info, only got 30 cases to play with. Does anyone know where I can get these? I ordered and paid for some from a reasonably well known mob 2 months ago, but haven't received anything or even an answer to my emails, so I reckon I've done my dough there. I've looked at making my own from .30/30 brass, but I don't have all the right gear and it would cost too much to gear up for it. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks,
Snag

How soon do you need them?
If you want to send the dies and cases down to me I can do them sometime in the next month or so.

Try Bruce Bertram of Bertram Bullet Co in Seymour Vic on 0357922912.
Bruce makes or sorts of old and new reloading brass. I got given 100 brand new 303-25 brass made by him with the kangaroo stamped in the case head rim.

Or AV Ballistics has them listed as well $55 for 50 and $99 for 100.

A few months back I noticed they had some .219 Zipper brass in at Fishers Firearms, Adelaide. Might still be there?
