Cases sticking in press 3/4 into the press?

I've only ever FL resize and only lube the outside of the case below the shoulder and a tiny amount of lube inside the case neck, as per the instructions that come with the LEE kits. Never had problems with a stuck case.

Same here. Only trouble I've ever had with fl sizing has been with PPU brass, so I don't use it any more. Apart from that, little lube on a coton wool bud for the inside of the neck, then the whole outside and all good. Lately I've been using graphite powder. Bit dirty but easy and works a treat
