very brand new. Set up about 4 weeks ago. Done about 300 rounds so far. Plenty to learn. Very satisfying reloading too. Too bad hard to find enough time to do it.

So I've had another productive evening last night, when kids went to bed and wife was catching up on her shows...

What size drill bits are for those holes?

I don't remember, Brad. I just used callipers to measure the diameter of the 308 case and then dug through my box of drill bits to match it + few mm for clearance.

Bentaz, what do you use to work with spent shell cases - what press, etc?

Now that I got a taste for casting, I think DIY slugs are next on my list of things to do.

I make the card board wads the same way.
Use a Lee load all for loading. But a Lee loader will do the job. That was my first loader, given to me by a mate many years ago. Still use it for testing.

My latest edition...Dillon Super 1050 bolted to a Mark VII 1050 X Autodrive. It's in the garage processing 20kg of 9mm whilst I'm inside typing this watching it via an IP camera. Picking up another 25kg of brass from Wayne at Australian Once Fired on Thursday by which time the Mr Bullet feeder should have arrived ready to start punching out loaded rounds at 2100 per hour From the box arriving this morning to the first case hitting the bin was under an hour, piece of piss to setup and get running.

Nice looking bit of kit, what do you plan on doing with that many 9mm's? Do you have a market already?

Zombies need more then a double tap to despatch and drop bears need 3 solid hits to stop them These are all lead round nose for range use and I've got a few customers that buy in thousands. Its become viable to automate and allow the human bipod to focus on reloading for the big guns

Alright, so this thread is more words than pics, which is not the point. And I've been reloading tonight + new phone, old phone died and I am cleaning backups... So... Pics...

Tonight's effort. I just wanted to size and trim some cases, somewhere along the way I decided that brass prep sucks and I had to finish the job. Using old surplus projectiles I had from ammo that I didn't feel safe shooting, so they found a new home.
