.308 in short supply :(

Post by Bourt » 18 Jul 2013, 11:40 am

So despite .308 being the most common cartridge around, I'm having trouble finding consumables over the past few months.

My few locals haven't .308 brass for weeks, low on powder etc.

Went to 1 of my locals who was completely out of 30cal bullets

I'd hate to be shooting some rare calibre firearm these days?

Butterfly effect from the attempts at gun control in the states.

As the first whisper of possible gun control over their everyone runs out and empties all the shops so the firearm manufacturers and busy filling local orders and international shipping gets put on hold.

That's about the size of it.

I was on the lookout for .308 brass also for about a month before finding a pack
