Purchasing projectiles

Post by bluerob » 14 Oct 2017, 8:19 am

Hi guys

Just wanted to give a heads up on a crowd advertising they will deliver projectiles, for an incredibly competitive price. Nope....

Don't believe them. I've sent numerous emails asking for an update (never pointed out that stock wasn't on hand), asking for a tracking number and never getting a reply.

I can't name the company, as I'd probably receive more lawyer letters from them, opposed to customer service emails...., but, if a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is...$2,000 disappears...

Anyone know whose doing bulk deals?

Tried ProjectileWarehouse?

If you're looking to buy a lot you could try ReloadingInternational, decent prices but postage is steep.

Worth a try.
They're doing the .44 265gn FTX for $47.50/50.
I have 200 coming next week, but at $64.45/50. But I only grabbed them because I was already ordering two scopes and a Boyd AR15 stock set.

Just name the f'n company. All you need to say is that you are currently have trouble dealing with xyz pty ltd, Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties?
Nothing actionable but it lets people know to be careful.

If I had a spare $500,000 to blow, it wouldn't be on legal fees. Been down that road before....sorry, can't.

This is for pistol reloads also.

No offence mate but what use was your warning post then :?:

I have no idea who you are referring to and could very well get stung ordering something from them as could others.

Forum rules dictate that we cannot name & shame or the thread gets locked. Think of this as more of a heads up if you come across a bulk supplier of projectiles at too good to be true prices. It's a timely reminder to have a think about how you pay online, EFT is the least secure so love it or hate it PayPal will at least protect your money or use a credit card so the funds can be retrieved in the event of non-delivery.

What Brett said guys, sorry.

If its too good to be true, drive to the dude, pay cash, get your stuff and go home happy.

Relying on someone to honour a deal is part of "the good old days," sadly.
