1. I reload and I don't resize.
2.Reloading components are quite expensive but I don't care as I bought plenty of shot/wads etc years ago when it was way cheaper than now.
3. My reloads have even been put through a pressure gun.
4. BUT my real reason to reload was to get the patterns I wanted!
Most shot-gunners have never patterned their guns and assume what is written on the choke tube will give them the desired pattern. It might have the requisite percentage of pellets at such and such distance but you may be able to pass "dinner plates" through the gaps. And what then happens when you buy another slab but different brand? So, the simple answer is to pattern your gun and know what patterns it produces with said ammo and said choke. If you cannot achieve what you hoped for then it might be better to reload.
Cheers
Same here. But will soon need to find some, wads.
