im gonna be reloading some 22-250 and 308 soon, just wanted to see if anyone has used ar2208 power in both these cal's with decent results?
gonna be using 55gr vmax and 150gr SST hornady projectiles.

Ar2208 will be fine. I use it in my 223 & 3006. It's a very versatile powder. You might want to consider ar2206H too.
Just check out the load data in the ADI manual.

It should work fine mate, I run 2206H behind a 55gn sierra super roo in the 22.250 and its proven to be a good powder for that cal, haven't got any 2208 (not that I can recall) but it goes well in the 308 but reasonably sure it's fine in the 22-250 too but the ADI powder chart will soon give you the heads up if it's ok.

2208 is a good powder for the 308, esp if you wish to go to a heavier projectile. I use 2206H as a lot of others do for the 155 grn.

Tikka SV 22/250 with 55 Vmax, Lapua brass, CCI br4 primer and 36 grains of 2208 gets me better than 1/4 MOA.

looking at this powder as the books say it can be used in both, and seems like a good option.

i run 2208 in 3 22-250's at the moment...well 2 actually as one is now shot out--shoot the 55gr Sierra superroos...& 50gr Hdy Zmax out of em...

I dont have a 308, but have a 7-08 (same case) & i can push 120gr Hdy Vmax with anywhere from 42gr to 47 gr of 2208 all for sub 1" groups...

I also use it in 204 at the moment with pretty good success.
Itll be fine mate--a good powder for those
