Ruger Gunsite Scout, XS Rail , Scope Ring Height

G'day guy's can anyone tell me what height rings I need for a REDFIELD REVENGE 3-9X42 , sitting on a Ruger gunsite scout XS rail ? I want the shortest ones I can get but still be able to put a set of Butler Creek scope covers on. Also quick detatchables would be nice but not essential :)

Can't answer your question but I have seen a scout with high rings that you could actually use the open sights to a limited degree under. Thought that was pretty handy
