Zerotech scopes

Post by InisBineest » 21 Jun 2020, 9:33 pm

Hey all, just calling on those who happen to own a Zerotech scope for some feedback.

What do you think about them after owning one? I've read a lot of opinions, but they mostly relate to their being made overseas. I'm just wondering if, for what they are, they are any good and how they might rate compared to other scopes you own?

Cheers in advance!

There's a recent post floating around with some relative information.

Yeh i read through that before posting, it piqued my curiosity. I recon in that particular comparision it owuld be hard to beat Leupold. Although i'm not after a specific comparison, just how they stand in their own right.

I did get from the last thread that they are on the bulky side, and the weight of each one mentioned in the specs backs this up. I'd be curious to know if this translates to being a bit more rugged or just over built?

So in the end I was able to handle since of the ZT scopes and my LGS, solid units... But heavy for my purposes. I ended up waiting for tax time and bought a Leupold Mark AR in 6-18x40. No shade on ZT, they look quite good, but the leupold glass and light weight (450ish grams) sold it for me.
