PARD NV008 LRF - Overlay freezing

Post by wallynut » 24 Aug 2020, 8:38 am

Hi Guys,

I am having an issue with my NV008-LRF where the overlay tends to freeze, which means I can't use any features. Eg, Zoom, Rangefinder, roll, tilt etc
Picture continues to operate fine.

Has anyone else has this issue ?

Current firmware is: PARD_EN_20200603_R43.V2.02

What I have noticed as I was having continue freezing, then update firmware and issue went away for about 1 week. The scope is being used quite a bit at the moment.

Cheers

Have you tried contacting the supplier you bought it off?

I’ve had similar issues with other tech devices like blue tooth motorcycle intercoms, ip cams, etc - sometimes it’s a mismatch conflict between latest firmware version and software - is there a updated software version that aligns with latest firmware? Most new firmware releases are for back end bugs that you might not even know exist, so can you roll back the firmware version - to one that works consistently until supplier can help?
