Night day sight for 223

Post by Tubs » 20 Oct 2020, 8:57 pm

Hi All,

Just bought a 2nd hand Tikka TX3 Lite in 223 (cacky handed). Will be used for hunting. I do my own reloads.

Can anyone recommend a good multipurpose day/night scope? I figure the cheapest combo would be an IR spot/scope? Not sure IR spots extend that far ie 300 yards+?

Thermals outside of my price range. Budget is anywhere up to say $1500?

Why not the pard 007 MM? It will do day time as well...but agree the 008 is less messing round.

Pard NV008 for about $1150 is good. Wraith 4K when it comes out looks good. Just need to make sure the picatinny rail comes back far enoughfor the correct eye relief.
