Actually it was $389, then they dropped it to $319. Stings a bit, mine hadn't even arrived in the mail before they dropped the price. Don't think I'll rush back.

I do realize that for 60 bucks I shouldn't have very high expectations, but I should be able to see my shots at a paper target at 200 meters right?

I don't know about the Aldi ones, but I got a cheap one from Ebay about $150 worth, and I couldn't see my shots at 200m, 100m was a struggle, now I have a HAWKE NATURE-TREK 20-60X80 SPOTTING SCOPE, and can easily see my shots at 300m.

I bought one of the ALDI ones just on two years ago,,,,,,,, and am extremely happy with it still.

They are basic, and get the job done,,,, without all the extra crap that so much of many different items of today have crammed/added on.

When I buy something, all I want is for it to do its job.
I don't need it to turn the telly on, take a pic, or have a strobe flash light.

I have a headlamp that has an app so u can adjust the settings , turn on and off etc with your phone. It’s so incredibly stupid because it’s just quicker to press the buttons on the torch

Been doing some investigating re the night vision monocular advertised.
Possible that gear with different brand label may share the same case with fewer features but looks like this is also sold as :

That's good to know. Now if there are actually some in stock this Saturday. On the Aldi website it says all the good stuff may not be available due to delays in shipment. So, anyone's guess.
