HI all a mate came around yesterday afternoon with his BRNO 2 and a nice Redfield scope my QUESTION is do they make rings high enough to clear the rear sight...........easy way out

Yes, easy to remove.

But, a word of warning, sights and magazines for Bruno's are hard to find and far from cheap so don't lose them.

I would suggest DON'T take them off. Hugely devalues the rifle.
Sportsmatch https://www.sportsmatch-uk.com/ make mounts that will allow you to mount a scope without removal of the rear sight.

Just buy a really short scope.
A leupold 1-5×20 fits without fouling the rear sight
