Rail screw Tikka M595

Hi SF brains trust, I could do with some advice.

I recently purchased a target rifle from VRA in Bendigo and want to replace the existing iron sight mounts with a rail.

I ordered a third eye technical rail (some of already know where I'm going with this) but when it occurred to me to check, these don't come with screws.

Interwebs indicates (but cannot agree) M3.5x0.6 screws but I am unsure of accuracy of this and lengths.

Anyone have any experience with this?
