Had to laugh at Bushnell Tactical turrets

So I picked up some ammo and was killing a few minutes at my LGS waiting for a mate, so had a look through a few scopes.

I was looking for something in a high magnification target scope, and the guy pulled out one of the Bushnell Elite Tactical scope.

I knew the buzz about the the tactical turrets being 'finger adjustable' while wearing gloves and all that. Fair enough.

Seeing them in real life though They're massive!

They're just as big as the eye piece. Never mind using gloves, you could adjust the turrets with your feet

I had a look at one of these this morning.

You're not joking, the turrets are enormous.

They're for if you end up in a situation like The Black Night in Monty Python.

You can work the turrets with your mouth after your arms and legs have been chopped off

Yeah, all well and good if you hunt in nth America but a bit if overkill in Australia.
