Club attendance requirements nsw

Hopefully someone can help me. If there are any members on the forum from Blacktown pistol club in Nsw, can you advise when the reporting year ends for attendances? For some reason I thought it was October but after reading the st Mary's website it advises the end of March. I also tried the firearms registry website and they just say it's up to the club when the reporting year is. I am a wee bit confused.

The date the club has its first shoot of the year

Check club callendar/ competition timetable.

But honestly. You are a member of a pistol club, you shouldn’t be asking random people on the internet, you should be asking the club officials.
