Got a link? I can't find them listed.
The comp would have to be welded on for it to count as part of the barrel length. If it was removable it would make it a prohibited weapon due to barrel length but If it was welded on you wouldn't be able to remove the barrel from the slide for cleaning or maintenance. Pretty big deal breaker for most people.

Well, that isn't a Tuarus TX22, so that would be why I couldn't find it
To remove the slide on the Ruger SR22 you have to push it worward over the barrel. With the model Cleavers are selling this is impossible due to the compensator. From that you can deduce either that the compensator is welded on, which means it's impossible to strip the firearm for cleaning, or the compensator is removable. If it is removable, that would mean it is not classed as part of the barrel for the purposes of measuring the barrel length and is therefore a prohibited weapon.
In both cases I wouldn't buy it but in one of them you could end up royally screwed as well. Doesn't seem like a great deal to me.
