is the flinch psycological, from the blast and recoil? or are you jerking the trigger as the sights momentarily line up with the target?

i found shooting 460mag helps as going back to the 9mm is a breeze afterwards.

if its from jerking, work on squeezing and calling your shot, not hitting the bullseye as the sights go past.
