HI Guys Does anyone know how to mount a red dot sight to a ruger MK11 with out drilling
I'am never wrong, thought I was once but I was mistaken

You can get either a Weaver rail or a Picatinny rail for your Ruger Mark II. Check which one your red dot needs. My red dot only fits on the Picatinny even though the red dot product info states it'll fit on a Weaver rail; I think the issue might be that Weaver rails aren't all standardised whereas 1913 Picatinny rails are all the same.

If you have no holes drilled in the top you can remove the rear sight and use a dovetail mount that allows you to install different makes of small footprint red dots like Vortex, Docter, Deltapoint, RTS2, etc.

There are various styles of mount.
