Here's a pair of proper 1911's in 45ACP

Top right is my No.1 safe queen that only gets shot on special occasions or I feel the need to fondle something with class (other then the wife) a Korth PRS. I get a chubby every time I handle the thing (with gloves on), it's just so well engineered and the PVD coating is flawless. I could go on about how much I love this pistol but time for bed.

The other is a Colt Gold Cup Trophy cause I wanted a 45 I could shoot as often as I liked. Both are very accurate and fun to shoot.

(Dribble).....Korth...I handled one of their .357 revolvers. Amazing bits of engineering. Stunning to look at, $10,000 for the revolver :0

Here's my M&P then, stuck a Leopold Deltapoint on it and recently installed an Apex trigger. Very happy with it.

Don't have any handguns currently but I found some pics the other night on a hard drive.

My old Tanfoglio 9mm.
Shooting IPSC at Maddington, WA in 1990.

Might have to get back into it I think :-)

Nice, I quite like the CZ pistols in both looks and accuracy.

Picked up a G4 Glock 40 MOS this afternoon, 10mm with 6" barrel and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro 2.5moa red dot. Hopefully I'll get the first shots downrange later this week as I'm keen to see how it groups @50m. The 10mm round whilst being a bit heavy on recoil is surprisingly accurate compared to many others.

Take it back and ask for the Australian version, this one is clearly the US version. Easy to tell the Aus version, take a pic and see which way up it is

Very pretty and I'm calling shotgun for a few shots next range visit :)

I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol first to get rid of any oils, then had some good Dulux enamel spray paint lying around so used that, then used acetone free nail polish remover to get rid of the excess.

How does the .22 1911 shoot?

Really happy with it mate. Bought it in February and have only put 200 rounds through it so far, sights are spot on from the factory too.

That's good about the 1911.. I had been thinking about getting one when I got the walther ppq.

That's a really good job with the paint... hmm I have a airbrush and whole setup for painting with water based paints..

Got this a couple of months ago. At first I didn't think it was accurate. Now after about 300 rounds, I find it to be actually very accurate. Love shooting it so much.
