Long story short out trip got postponed for a couple of weeks, but I did hit up a Greek restaurant last week and give it a go
Had like a slow oven roasted one braised in some fancy spices. Really good.
Better than Lamb IMO, you're right about that fall off the bone tenderness
I'll be eating it again.
