How does one become a knife dealer??

I'm afraid none of us here in Australia would know enough about US Laws regarding weapons retail in general, nor your particular State, County or Local regulations regarding that. I would suggest you ask on one of the many excellant knifemaker or collector forums based in the US, such as iKnifecollector.com, Cheers.

I wouldn’t go with a Chinese manufacturer.
First batch they send you would be great.
Then they’ll send you crap.
