Can relate to that one mate, I used to sleep in the back of the FJ40 SWB Softop, was a tad squashy at times but we didn't mind, it was just part of the adventure. We soon learn't that setting up a tent was a good option if we were staying more than a night.
And as you probably know the older you get the more creature comforts on ends up getting and she's hard going back to the "Good ol Days"
