Quick fix for air mattress

Post by Daddybang » 03 Nov 2017, 5:53 am

Don't use the air mattress often but have a mate staying at the moment. Anyway my dog put a small hole in it two nights ago. Couldn't find the patches so a five cent piece and a bit of super glue did the trick hasn't lost air yet!!!

Finding a use for five cents these days... priceless.

Once upon a time it was minimum chips... (1966-70) now it would be better abolished, the only use it has is pretending $9.95 isn't really $10
Now if they'd toss the .05 and move the decimal point... we could crow about how the USD was worth less than the Aussie again.. for a few months anyhow.
Which has only applied Pre-1981 and a brief stint around 2011

Gave up on mine as the dog slept in the tent with me when I was using a ground one.

Big dog, big claws, she'd stretch in the morning and put a claw through it about every 1/3 trips :problem:

Now she sleeps in the boot of the truck while I'm in the roof-top
