They look the goods, rimfirecentral has quite a few write ups and maybe even a dedicate sticky thread for them, they seem to get a good wrap and they're after sales service seems alright.

I don't own one but have shot one, nothing to complain about and very well put together, unusual checkering and shot cheaper ammo quite well. If I were in the market I would also check the Anschutz 1416 which is only a few hundred dearer.

The Zephr are the better made CZs copies or derivatives. They ooze quality.

I haven't had much experience with it other than seeing it in the showroom, but I know barrels made by steyr are top notch.

I shouldered one the other day and didn't mind it, it's basically a nicer CZ455. I wasn't a fan of the butter-knife bolt handle or the action thought, It was smooth but locking the bolt down felt weird and took some effort, it'll hopefully loosen up with use though. The quality while good wasn't in the same league as the Weihrauch HW60J I purchased over it for basically the same price..

Still waiting to collect it, but I'll update when I know. From all reports online they're supposed to be very good.

at 3.6kg the HW60J is a pretty heavy 22. Never seen a Wiehrach in the flesh, but have heard of their high reputation.
