For both target and hunting, the thing is very accurate so I know I should probably get some more zoom on it

Given that it's only going to be used for bench and range the 24X will be great to double as a spotter. The other considerations were the side parallax starting from 10 yards rather than 50 and the fine cross hairs. Yet to mount it but super bright and the glass is crisp without error. There was no fog at full zoom unlike the Vortex I compared it too and killed the low end Leupolds. The parallax measured pretty much spot on so it'll be handy as a range estimate. Great features all round and 30 year unconditional warranty. So as long as it tracks well, I'll be a very happy camper. If not, it'll look mad on the .22 Air

I'm sure there's a noticable difference compared to a $2,500.00 scope but I aint heading to the Olympics either. Just mounted with Vortex tactical medium rings and with the 50mm + flip covers there's a nice 3mm gap. Range test on Sunday.

Nice combo. Which creed do you have it on?
